G2 after Mommy said "No more candy!"
G1 and Daddy (Matt was being such a good sport. He let G1 take a ride even though he was clearly too big for it and Matt was struggling--just a little though.)
I never want to hear Matt tell me he can't cook again. Around lunch time I asked him if he had figured out what he was feeding the kids. He said "Yes, whatever you fix." I told him "Nope" not going to happen. I needed to be laying down because of being in pain. So he got to looking for something to cook. He did a pretty good job too. G1 told him that it tasted good. :-)
He even told me that he would take over cooking if I would give him recipes and help him figure out what he's doing. I said that's fine--I won't even mind doing the dishes (as much) if he is willing to help cook. Tomorrow I will *hopefully* be teaching him how to make lasagna or manicotti (whichever he decides he wants more).
Here is the proof that he did the cooking (just in case he tries to deny it!):
Here is a video of G2 being goofy and then Daddy swinging the kids in the toy bin. G3 is first and then G2, then of course G1 (but I know you could have figured that out on your own).

Yay, for cooking husbands! I mean...husbands that cook, not actually cooking husbands, like you would cook a supper ;) I hope you feel better. I love the little chocolate faces -- esp. that first pic of G2, cute! Overalls are so adorable on kids, I see they all match! Even Matt looks like he has the same shirt on, very coordinated.
Way to go Matt!!!!
lol...sometimes I feel like cooking him Fiona! The kids I meant to have matching and didn't even notice Matt until after a couple hours. I can tell you I didn't match though. I've stayed in pjs all day. :-)
